**What to Bring:**
Bring your drum or any instrument that inspires you to create sound—such as maracas, chimes, bells, or gongs! Don’t worry if you don’t have one; we offer a variety of healing instruments. Dress warmly and consider bringing a cushion for comfort around the fire. A blanket is also recommended if it’s chilly.
