We provide a yoga mat, a large cushion, a blanket, and a pillow, but please bring whatever else you need to be comfortable. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get yourself all set up and ready to go, this session starts promptly at the time listed, and no one will be admitted late. There will be no refunds if you do not show up on time.
