What to Bring:
Bring your own drum or any instrument that inspires you to make noise - maracas, chimes, bells, gongs, you name it! Don't worry if you don't have one, we have a variety of healing instruments available. Dress warmly, bring a cushion to enhance your comfort around the fire. If it's chilly, a blanket is also recommended.
